Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Certain items such as customized products or clearance items may not be eligible for return or refund.
